This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a three-car garage is the perfect seasonal vacation rental. One bathroom also serves as a convenient pool bath. Upon entering through the large front door, you'll be greeted by an open, airy floor plan with vaulted ceilings and direct views of the swimming pool and canal. The home features a split floor plan for added privacy. The master bedroom is on the right side, along with a twin bedroom near the front of the house. The left side hosts two additional guest bedrooms with their own shared bath. The open kitchen provides ample space to prepare meals for the entire family and comes fully stocked with necessary appliances and cookware. The swimming pool and attached spa are electrically heated, so you can enjoy them year-round.
