This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a loft comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and has been recently renovated to provide a stunning vacation retreat. With its prime location directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, This villa promises breathtaking views and easy access to Captiva's renowned beaches.
The villa's proximity to the island's village area ensures convenience for guests, with popular restaurants, lively bistros, charming shops, and marinas just a stone's throw away. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring the island's attractions, the villa offers the perfect base for your adventures.
Inside, the villa boasts a spacious living room and dining area, seamlessly connected to a newly renovated kitchen. The main level features a twin bedroom and full bath, as well as a large screened lanai overlooking the beach—ideal for enjoying Captiva's famous sunsets. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided by a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits, complete with a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. A large loft area offers extra space for guests, with another queen sleeper sofa available. The villa's amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and access to a community heated pool just steps away.
