Imagine your Captiva Island vacation home sitting just just 300 hundred feet to beach and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Boasting four well appointed bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. While the indoor of the home is nothing short of charming its the outdoor pool and patio area that will blow you away! Spend hours in the secluded heated pool, attached hot tub with large sunny pool deck & the outdoor shower that allows you to wash off the sand from the beach steps away.....
The Master bedroom offers a recently added king bed, flat screen TV, DVD, walk-in closet, private full bathroom and French doors to wrap around deck. Cheerful 2nd bedroom offers two new twin beds and French doors to wrap around deck. Guest bathroom has large walk-in shower.
The lower level detached "in-law" residence is conveniently accessible from the outside. Newly updated efficiency kitchen with café table. Cozy sitting area with new flat screen TV, DVD. First bedroom with queen bed, new flat screen TV, DVD. The second bedroom with trundle bed has two twins. Full updated bathroom. Second screened in porch opens off lower level and overlooks pool.
