Located in Captiva Village, this charming home is central to all Captiva has to offer. This pool home has gone under an extensive remodel with a new kitchen, new flooring, new bathrooms, new furnishings and much more! Walk into the main level of this home and notice the newly opened kitchen with quartz countertops, open shelves, beautiful light fixtures and large sink. The large breakfast bar is perfect to relax, talk, eat and “help” with meal preparation. Additional seating at the dining table with modern chairs and large rug.
