Welcome to your beautifully updated stilted home on Captiva Island, Florida. This charming three-bedroom retreat offers a spacious living area with a flat-panel TV, ample seating, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, while an additional loft area provides two twin beds. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and trundle, plus a full guest bathroom to accommodate all your needs.
Unique to this home is an elevator, available for an additional fee with owner approval. This added convenience makes your stay even more comfortable. The community itself is one of the best on the island, offering a heated pool, tennis court, BBQ grills, beach access, and even a dock.
