Emerald Kite specializes in 5 bedroom/ luxury Captiva Island vacation rentals and we take great pride in presenting this vacation option. Captiva Island luxury at its best and with 4.5 baths and over 4,000 square feet of luxurious indoor living space along with a whopping 3,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining and relaxing space. Professionally decorated throughout with well appointed rooms and upscale yet comfortable furnishings. This Captiva vacation rental is located in the village and just 5 houses from the beach path and a stroll from exceptional dining. The open floor plan on the main floor is beautifully furnished and now enjoys a dining table with seating for 8, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The outside is your own personal mini resort featuring: heated pool, spill over hot tub, putting green, foosball, ping pong, 85”TV, hanging egg chairs, and a grill island.
