This privately owned vacation home is located within the gates of the South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island. While this Beach House is located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort, the Beach Homes are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee. While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to the great association amenities including the shared heated pool, just steps from the home, a tennis court, propane bbq grills and the world famous Captiva Island beach, again, just steps from the Beach Home. The entire home has been updated to be very modern and welcoming. The main level features an open kitchen complete with all of the major appliances and kitchenware for you to easily prepare meals for your friends and family. The nearby dining area has ample seating along with bar stools at the breakfast bar. On the main floor is the master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with full bunk beds, each with their own bathrooms. Up the stairs is a sleeping loft with a twin sofa and twin sized mattress for an additional guest and two additional bedrooms both with king beds and full bathrooms. The beach house may accommodate up to 11 guests. One of the best features of the home is not only the short distance to the beach, but the open decks with gulf views to gaze at the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunsets. Just off our main level living and dining rooms is a private screened lanai that stretches the length of the home with ample seating and even a swing to relax (and Eno hammock hooks) and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The house is also outfitted with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys along with beach cart for easy transport for the 2 minute walk to award winning beach. Important Note: *No Lanai screens. *No Upper Deck. *Please check with our team for specific questions. "Access to amenities may be limited at the time of your stay" While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.
