Property Features
While located within the gates of the Island Resort, the Beach Homes are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee. While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to our great association amenities, including the shared heated pool, just steps from the home, a tennis court, propane BBQ grills, and the world-famous Captiva Island beach, again, just steps from our beach home. The entire home has been updated to be very modern and welcoming. The main level features an open kitchen complete with all of the major appliances and kitchenware for you to easily prepare meals for your friends and family. The nearby dining area has ample seating along with bar stools at the breakfast bar. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with full bunk beds, each with its own bathroom. Up the stairs is a sleeping loft with a twin sofa and twin-sized mattress for an additional guest, and two additional bedrooms, both with king beds and full bathrooms. Our beach house may accommodate up to 11 guests. Enjoy not only the short distance to the beach, but the open decks with gulf views to gaze at the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunsets. Just off our main level living and dining rooms is a private lanai that stretches the length of the home with ample seating and even a swing to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.
