About this home
This absolutely stunning vacation rental home has recently been completely updated with new paint, furniture, bedding and more. The spacious living area has a spacious and open feel. Sliding doors expand the living area out further to the lanai area. The convenience of a powder room is on this level. .
The spacious and beautifully furnished master bedroom suite enjoys a plush king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and sun deck. The second level also features a guest bedroom with an all new king sized bed, en-suite full bathroom and a small alcove in between the bedrooms with a bunk bed for additional guests. Sunset Captiva community features great amenities including a large heated pool, bbq grills, tennis courts, direct beach access and even boat dockage (fee applies). With it's Village Area location you can also park at the home and walk to the beach as well as nearby shops and restaurants.
