This brand new, beautiful home is located just a few short steps from the largest beach on North Captiva, living room with panoramic views of the Gulf.
Property has one of the best 360-degree views on the island from the rooftop observation deck which has a large seating area for you and your guests. From this vantage point you watch the spectacular sunrises over Pine Island Sound or the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, take in spectacular views of Captiva Island, or just enjoy the cooling breezes that often prevail.
Vacationing on North Captiva provides you with the best of all worlds. Should you want to prepare your own meals you will enjoy cooking in a large gourmet kitchen, stepping out of the kitchen on to a large deck to grill your favorite foods or choosing to grill down by the pool complete with a large refrigerator and sink for your convenience. Choose to eat your meals in the large dining room, under cover down by the pool or out on your enclosed deck, whichever way the choice is yours and it is great to have choices! If preparing your own meals feels too much like work, you can dine at one of the restaurants on the island which are only a short golf cart ride away.
