Imagine escaping to this newly constructed, oasis-style home on a quiet cul-de-sac with a resort-like backyard that includes a large grassy yard, a vast pool for the whole family to cool off in, an invigorating spa, and a sparkling fire pit - all against a backdrop of scenic canyon views that will take your breath away! The resort feeling is readily experienced with well-thought-out - and placed - amenities inside and out. Outside there is also a built-in outside BBQ with 2 grills and a fridge, as well as a dining table that easily seats 10 so everyone can eat together. A comfortable fire pit nook is the perfect place to relax after your day’s adventures.
Enjoy the grand entrance to this 2-story, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home with vaulted ceilings and a Pottery Barn feel throughout. There are two spacious living rooms in this home – each beautifully appointed with a comfortable seating cluster, a fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. One also has a bar. A beautiful chef’s dream kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. A large kitchen island with high-top seating is a great place to help with cooking. A dining table for 10 next to the kitchen bar means everyone can easily eat together inside too. This area opens up to the large grassy yard.
On the 1st floor is a half bath as well as an office area, an en suite bath, and a queen sofa bed. The second-floor master king bedroom suite is spectacular with an ensuite bath with a large soaking tub, a fireplace, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a large flatscreen TV, a beautiful seating nook, and mountain views from a private outside balcony. There are also two other guest rooms upstairs which share a bath, and a twin room with its own restroom. There are two bedrooms with twin trundles and an additional bedroom with a queen bed.
