The living area is spacious and fitted with high-end furnishing such as the leather couch and multiple arm chairs arranged in front of the large flat screen TV with HD cable and DVD player. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, dark faux finished cabinets, and even a wine cooler. Meals can be enjoyed together while enjoying a beautiful Gulf view from the formal dining table that seats 6 or at the al fresco dining on the balcony that also seats 6. There is casual seating for 4 at the kitchen bar counter.

This beach-front condo has been beautifully updated with travertine flooring in the living, dining, kitchen, hallways and baths. Chandeliers, oversized mirrors, and gorgeous artworks elevate the luxury design. The bedrooms have dark hardwood floors. The master’s quarters impress with a king bed and floor-to-ceiling windows boasting beautiful beach-front views. The private master bath is exquisite with a seamless travertine shower, whirlpool bath tub and his-and-her vanities that make getting ready for a dinner date a breeze.

Down a separate hallway, you’ll find two guest bedrooms. One is a double queen suite with a private en suite bath and the second is a king suite with access to the full bath in the hall. The guest bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the front of the resort. For convenience, there is a huge laundry room with sink and a back door used as a service entrance.
