Tucked away in a private gated community, in Miramar Beach. offering easy beach access as well as a 3,000 sq ft community pool and a fitness center. The living area offers a bright spacious open concept design ideal for apres beach gatherings as well as a sofa sleeper. The updated galley style kitchen features stainless steel appliances and Silverstone counter-tops. A half bathroom is located on this living floor.A king bedroom suite is situated on the second floor and is furnished with a 47" TV and private en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink perfect sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor.A gated beach access allows you to have your toes in the sand in just minutes.
Seasonal beach service runs March 1st - October 31st and includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.
The community pool is heated Thanksgiving Week, and then Christmas through Spring Break.
HOA provides extra parking spaces (when available) for vehicles for an additional nominal daily fee.
