The main living level opens directly to an impressive pool terrace featuring a Gulf-facing resort-style infinity pool, sunken dining area, swim-up bar, and private walkway leading directly to the beach. Guests also enjoy an elevator, a six-seat golf cart, six adult bicycles, and complimentary private beach access. From March 1 through October 31, two beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the beach setup service.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for memorable group gatherings, featuring premium Wolf appliances, Sub-Zero refrigeration, quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a convenient butler's pantry. The first floor includes a spacious bunk room with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a private bathroom. Additional king and queen bedrooms are located throughout the upper levels, providing comfortable and private spaces for everyone in the group. Please note that the fireplaces are not available for guest use.
