About this home
Cozy three bedroom, two and a half bath home located in the wonderful Emerald Shores subdivision. A two story home with the main floor offering you the living room, dining area, kitchen & bar, the master bedroom w/ private bathroom and patio entrance, laundry room & half bath. Additional patio access is located off the hall. The top floor features two additional bedrooms with both having access to a shared balcony. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has two bunks (full beds on bottom and twins on top). Second full sized guest bathroom is also located on the top floor.
This home is located on the closet street to the beach in this subdivision. Community offers two pools, beach tram (seasonal), and a private beach access with pavilion and restrooms. This home is only one block to the community pool and only around 50 yards to the beach. Great location for the family and is within walking distance to both Kenny D’s restaurant and Capt. Dave’s on the Gulf.
