Just across the street from beach access, this home has enough room for everyone in your group's pre- and post-beach relaxation! Step inside and you'll be greeted by the huge, open common space, complete with two breakfast nooks and an indoor window frame that connects the kitchen area to the the living room (all decorated in beachy shiplap). You'll adore the open kitchen with a horseshoe-shaped breakfast bar that may cause guests to feel like they're a star on Iron Chef. The double oven, beverage fridge, and breakfast bar with room for 12 may only enhance the feeling! Take a dip in the private pool, or relax in one of the many bright lounge chairs while someone grills up something delicious on the private gas grill. If you're just coming back from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and wave hello to people resting on the upstairs balconies. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool once they decide to head inside. Just toss the swimsuits and towels into the private washer/dryer and kick back in one of the home's stylish common areas. There's definitely enough seating for everyone here. No matter where you decide to relax, you'll easily find wonderful views of the ocean. The first (and arguably most fun) bedroom lies just off therein level and features four bunk beds, a mounted big-screen TV, and two porthole-style windows. This room has its own private door to the hallway's full bathroom, which includes double sinks and a standalone shower. Head up the stairs (with a quick peek through the stairway's porthole window) and the second bedroom will be directly on your right. This lovely suite features a a private furnished balcony overlooking the pool, a mounted big screen TV, extra seating, and an elegant en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, double sinks, and a soaking tub. Pass through the hallway and you'll spot the hallway den space with a couch, TV, and two porthole windows of its own. The third bedroom lies just beyond, featuring a mounted TV, sky-blue walls, and a neighborhood view. This bedroom shares a full bathroom (complete with a glass-enclosed standalone shower) with the fourth bedroom, which features aquamarine walls, a mounted TV, and a view of the neighborhood. The fifth (and green) bedroom rounds out this little section of the house and features a mounted big screen TV and window with a neighborhood view. The hall bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed standalone shower can serve the guests of this room. Up the final set of stairs, you'll come upon the sixth and final bedroom. This grand suite includes a bed, two sleeper sofas, views of the ocean from three walls of windows, a private furnished balcony, a built-in breakfast nook, a mounted big screen TV, an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, and a wet bar style kitchenette featuring plenty of counter space for a romantic breakfast before meeting up with the rest of the group.
