This newly updated condo in an oceanfront complex within a private, gated resort, offers stunning ocean views and overlooks manicured green space. Enjoy easy access to Amelia Island’s famous dunes-swept beaches, the seasonally heated complex pool, and a cookout area perfect for picnicking.
The condo's downstairs level provides extra peace and quiet, with both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry area located here. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a renovated walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom across the hall. The laundry room is conveniently around the corner.
