Our goal is simple: To ensure that you enjoy a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience, and hopefully return year after year. When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! This privately owned unit within the resort underwent renovations in 2023, modernizing it to stand out from other units. Upgrades include new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, sinks, vinyl flooring, and modern light fixtures throughout. The owners have taken extra steps to ensure you have the best experience possible! The condo has well-stocked cabinets with plenty of cooking tools and a Keurig. The spacious master suite is on the beachside. The open-concept kitchen and living area feature granite counters, a dining table for six, a separate wet bar (or workstation if you need to use your laptop), and an open beachfront living room with a large flat-screen streaming TV. The living room opens with double glass doors to the lanai, which looks directly over the pool and beach. It's perfect for morning coffee, a mid-day snack, or beautiful sunset views. The table and chairs provide enough space for six to eat a meal or play a game. The luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed overlooks the ocean and also has a door leading out to the spacious beachfront lanai. The large master closet offers extra storage space. The master bath includes a dual vanity, a separate room for the toilet, and a roomy walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom are set aside from the main living area, perfect for families or groups seeking occasional separation. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has two twin beds. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, all linens and towels, and a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. This rental is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island, within walking distance of a public marina, movie theater, and restaurants. There is also quick access via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island connects guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. A trolley is available directly in front of the resort, taking you to the Times Square area with numerous clubs, restaurants, and boutiques, or south to the secluded Lover's Key Park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away, and a CVS (in Santini Plaza) is within easy walking distance.
