Enjoy this second floor, 2 bedroom Villa. This large unit has an open concept living area with well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy living room with flat screen TV. The bathroom with tub and shower is off the living area and each of the bedrooms offer a King bed and a relaxing atmosphere at the end of the day. It is located on the second floor and occupies the entire level. Access is from an exterior staircase by your parking spaces and up one floor where there is also a sunny private deck overlooking the new pool.
This property is a group of 4 Villas and 3 cottages with a central heated pool and patio, on site laundry facilities and tropical landscaping. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood however you can walk everywhere. Go out your front door, walk past 5 houses and you are in the midst of all the excitement. From our property it is 3 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the pier, 2 min to dining, shopping. You can literally park your car when you arrive and not get back in it until you are ready to go home. The location is perfect!
