This spacious, modern 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is your ideal island getaway, perfect for creating lasting family memories. Located on a resort with 7 miles of sugar-white sand and turquoise Gulf waters, enjoy abundant sunshine, playful dolphins, and world-famous sunsets. The open-concept living space features wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to a private screened-in lanai with stunning Gulf and island views. Comfortable furnishings and a brand-new large screen smart TV in the living room make for cozy family nights. A game table for 4 and a beautiful dining table for 6 provide perfect settings for entertainment. The fully equipped galley kitchen boasts all necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware, with a breakfast bar for quick snacks or morning coffee. Bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the condo for privacy. The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King-sized bed, a new large flat-screen smart TV, and private access to the lanai. The Master Bath features two large marble-topped vanities, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The cheerful Guest Bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed and a Twin bed, a smart TV, and private lanai access. The modern Guest Bath, with a walk-in shower, is right next door.
