Presenting this private two-story vacation home enjoys four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with your own heated swimming pool. Ideally located mid-way along Estero Island and the beach access is right across Sterling Avenue where you will enjoy a magnificent 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. Boasting beautiful wood flooring throughout as well as a heated swimming pool with gas grill. The spacious kitchen has plenty of cabinets and decorator tile countertops with backsplash. There is also a large island with storage space on the kitchen side and six bar stools on the living room side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with convection oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer and ice-maker.

There is also a kitchen pantry, as well as full size washer and dryer. The living area has two matching sofas, a coffee table and entertainment center with flat screen TV. Off the living and dining area is a guest bathroom with decorator tile vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

On this second level the master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, as well as a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. There is also a sitting area with chair and cocktail table with lamp. The en suite bathroom has a decorator tile vanity a corner garden jetted tub, and a corner walk-in shower with glass door. Also on this level the first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, triple dresser with wall mirror and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps and ample closet space. The third guest bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, triple dresser with wall mirror and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom on this lower level has a decorator tile vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

The lower level enjoys a family/game room furnished with a sleeper-sofa and matching loveseat and the door from the family room goes out to the fenced in heated pool and deck area, furnished with patio tables and other chairs, as well as a gas grill!
