This is a three-bedroom, two-bath private stilt home with a heated swimming pool and luxurious furnishings that is close to the beach and conveniently located at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood on a lush, tropically landscaped lot. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you. A short 3-4 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites, and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Enter this vacation home via steps to an open, nicely furnished, and covered front deck, then through the front door into the open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with volume ceilings. There is luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has a pantry and plenty of cabinets and quartz counter space with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top five-burner range with a self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with two refrigerator doors and a pull-out freezer drawer with an ice-maker. A water dispenser is located inside the refrigerator. There is a double stainless steel sink with disposal. A large quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side with six padded bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is just behind the kitchen. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which flows nicely into the living area with a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a matching loveseat, and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with a custom headboard, nightstands, and lamps on an area rug, a corner chair, and a five-drawer chest with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. There are two closets leading to the en suite bath that is accessed through a pocket door. There is a quartz vanity with dual lavatories, a full wall mirror and storage space beneath, a commode niche, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a custom headboard, nightstands, and lamps, a corner chair, ample closet space, and a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The second guest bedroom has two full-size beds with a nightstand and lamp, end of bed benches, ample closet space, and a chest of drawers with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The adjacent guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

On the lower level, there is secure access to the fenced-in backyard with a heated swimming pool with a fountain on a pavered deck and outdoor furnishings, a gas grill, and an outdoor poolside shower.
