The huge, grassy yard that backs up to the direct Gulf access canal that brings you within a minute by boat to the Caloosahatchee River. This vacation home offers generous open living space as well as a beautiful, large pool, set in in a lush garden with all day sunshine. This beautifully furnished house has an airy feeling and is a great value for up to 6 guests on one level without stairs.
The outstanding kitchen with granite counter features an island and all appliances - ideal to prepare great meals for family and friends. There is also a barbeque grill at the large, covered, outside sitting area. State of the art cable TV, wireless high-speed internet, DVD, and music equipment allow for perfect entertainment.
The home offers 3 bedrooms, featuring 1 king and 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV and blue ray DVD, and there is an additional pool bath too. The oversized backyard with a big swimming pool opens up to the canal. It offers an amazing atmosphere and is very inviting to take a swim in the pool, relax or try to catch some fish under the shade of the palm trees on one of the two boat docks.
