This villa is located in a residential neighborhood in Grande-Terre, Guadeloupe. A luxury, contemporary villa at its finest, it boasts an exclusive location on the coast. Its five bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests, making it just perfect for a family or a group of friends. Protected by an alarm system, it is also surrounded by a private garden for complete privacy.
This architect-designed villa is tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a most comfortable stay. This U-shaped home is built around a swimming pool and outdoor areas. There's a bright bara rea, a carbet (traditional, thatched structure) designed to admire the sea, deckchairs, a hammock, etc. This luxury villa is organized around three living areas.
A functional kitchen in the villa's center features a center island. The kitchen opens onto two tastefully decorated living areas.
