Welcome to this stylish and cozy home in the historic and scenic town of Southampton. You will love the location, just a 5-minute drive to the Southampton Village, where you can find wonderful restaurants and charming shops. You will also enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this home, surrounded by a private tree-lined yard and a quiet parkland setting. A gorgeous built-in pool and jacuzzi are waiting for you.
This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full-sized bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, one of them has a king-size bed and a twin-size couch that can be used as a bed, and the last one has two twin-size beds. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, ideal for cooking delicious meals during your stay. The dining room table can seat up to 10 guests comfortably. The kitchen also has a glass door that leads to the huge deck, where you can find another dining table and a gas BBQ grill.
This property has a private outdoor pool and hot tub/jacuzzi for your enjoyment. There is also a large outdoor shower area with hot and cold water by the pool. The fire pit is located in the back of the yard.
The home is centrally located in Southampton, only seven minutes away from Cooper's Beach, one of the best beaches in America.
