We have been warmly welcoming visitors to our Hilton Head Island area for over two decades, continuously enhancing our reputation as the area's premier accommodation provider. Our goal is simple: To ensure that you enjoy a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience, and hopefully return year after year. When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! This wonderful beach home features a central courtyard pool and is just a short walk to the famous beaches – a 5-minute bike ride or a 12-minute walk to the fabulous beaches! Upon entering, you'll find a large great room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious sectional sofa, and a farmhouse table perfect for family meals and game nights. From the great room, you can relax on the screened-in porch with your morning coffee, overlooking the private side yard. All the bedrooms are on one side of the home. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, door to the screened porch, and access to the shared hall bath with a shower/tub combo, which is also used by the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small side room with a built-in bunk bed. The main bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bath with a separate shower and soaking tub, and a sliding door to the pool area. On the other side of the house are the kitchen and den. The bright kitchen has updated countertops, ample workspace, four bar stools, and a breakfast table for four. There's also a door to the pool area from the kitchen. Off the kitchen is the den with cozy reading chairs and a TV, which can be closed off with a pocket door. The pool area is a highlight! Completely private, it offers a nice mix of sun and shade. There's an outdoor dining area under the roof for shade and new pool furniture around the pool, making it the perfect place to lounge in the evening and on hot summer days. This home is close to the beach, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and fun!
