This beautiful 2nd-row vacation home is situated on a quiet dead-end street, just a short two to three-minute walk to the beach. No need to lug beach accessories and snacks—everything is within easy reach! This home is perfect for a family getaway and offers a relaxing vacation environment.
The house features an inverse layout with the 1st floor hosting a family room with a 50-inch SMART TV, and three large bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen with a twin sleeper sofa), each with a private full bath and TV. There's also a laundry room with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer and a queen sleeper sofa.
The living room is an ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun, perfect for hanging out with the kids and watching a movie. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with a unique theme.
On the 2nd floor, accessed by 13 stairs, are two more bedrooms. One has a king bed, a 32" SMART TV, and a private bathroom. The other features a trundle/day bed (2 twins), a 36" SMART TV, and a private full bath. This home offers ample space and is ideal for multigenerational families with a variety of rooms and bed types, providing wonderful spaces for kids, adults, and everyone in between.
Six more stairs lead to the 3rd floor, where a huge great room with a 60-inch SMART TV awaits. The large dining area seats 12, and the terrific new kitchen, complete with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf oven and gas cooktop, is perfect for cooking up amazing meals. The master bedroom on this level has a balcony, a California king bed, a 40" TV, and a bathroom with a tub and a large multiple spigot shower. Additionally, there's a second laundry room with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, and two balconies with sitting areas off the master bedroom and great room.
Natural light floods the home through large windows, and the vaulted ceilings, coastal furnishings, and beautiful lighting create a relaxing beach vibe.
This home offers every amenity, with designer decor and high-end furnishings throughout. In addition to two home theaters, there are six other TVs—three 37-inch flat screens and three 27-inch TVs. Wireless Internet and three hard-wired ports for computer hook-up are available. There's also a queen sleeper sofa on the 1st floor and a single pullout bed in one of the 1st-floor bedrooms.
The professionally landscaped lot features a large pool and hot tub, which can be heated for an additional cost.
