Enjoy the stunning views from this newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex in the South Beach Marina area of Sea Pines. This New England style home features light hardwood floors, an electric fireplace, a sunroom, and a spacious deck with a gas grill.
The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen allows you to admire the water views from every angle. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, a swivel armchair, a white leather chair, and a 58” TV. The book shelves are stocked with books, puzzles and games for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two leather stools. The dining room has a wood table with two chairs and two benches, and a built-in hutch with dishes and a coffee station.
The sunroom is a cozy spot to relax on the grey loveseat or the bar height table with four chairs. The deck has bench seating, two Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table for six. You can enjoy the views of the cove while grilling your favorite meal on the Weber gas grill.
