The huge basement recreation room features a TV, ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball table. Multiple covered decks on the front overlooking the pool or in the back with a table and chairs. Host a cookout using the three-burner gas grill and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table. Guests of the first-floor main bedroom will have a private deck for relaxing.

This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a 5-day minimum to heat the pool. The Private Drive can fit 4-5 cars MAX. No Street parking available. No parking on grass is authorized. Cars will be towed at guest expense by community association. Garage not available for parking.
