Escape to this exclusive 10-acre private island off Hilton Head. This unique retreat includes a main house and guest house, perfect for groups seeking ultimate privacy. With space for up to 26 guests and plenty of amenities, you'll enjoy a true private island experience.
A 15-minute boat ride takes you directly to this premier escape. Leave your cars at the Marina, grab your bags, and get ready to enter a different world. Enjoy waterfront views as you explore, relax in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or dine al fresco on the expansive deck.
Outdoor activities include Kan jam, spike ball, and other sports. Golf carts, including a 4-seater and 6-seater, help you get around the large property.
The main house features expansive windows that bring panoramic water views inside, creating a bright and airy ambiance. The living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows, is one of the most beautiful spaces in the home. Gather around the banquet table with seating for 10, or use the additional barstool seating in the gourmet chef's kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. An inner conservatory, built around a tree, brings the outdoors in and is one of its unique features.
For fun and relaxation, the lounge offers comfortable sofas, a TV, a pool table, and a bar area. Five bedrooms in the main house, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, ensure every guest has a private space.
