This spacious six-bedroom, seven-bathroom oceanfront home is the perfect vacation retreat! As you enter, you're welcomed by a soaring ceiling with a modern chandelier. To your left, a formal dining room seats six comfortably. Straight ahead, the beach-themed living room features a large HDTV, numerous windows, and doors leading to your expansive private pool and outdoor entertainment area. Between the living and dining rooms, the kitchen shines with new Jenn-Aire stainless steel appliances, custom granite countertops, and cabinetry. It's fully equipped for all your culinary needs, whether you're cooking or hiring a private chef. A breakfast nook seats eight, with additional counter seating for three.

The first guest room on the ground floor offers a king bed, which can be converted to two twin beds upon request for a fee. The primary suite on this floor includes a king bed, HDTV, access to the pool area, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with granite vanities, a tiled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, another living area, a half kitchen, and a second laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The second primary suite has a king bed, sitting area, HDTV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom similar to the one downstairs. The first guest room features a king bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with granite vanities, a sunken tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest room includes a king bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity, tub, and shower combination. The third guest room, also with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, offers access to the upstairs oceanfront balcony. The final guest room has two queen beds, a walk-in shower, and a large sunken tub. The half kitchen features granite countertops, a small fridge, microwave, bar seating for four, and an additional small table with seating for four. The upstairs living room includes a sectional sofa, HDTV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and the Atlantic Ocean.

Outside, enjoy a custom grilling area with a large stainless propane grill, bar seating with a built-in umbrella, two tables for private outdoor dining, shaded seating areas, and multiple sunbathing spots with direct oceanfront views.
