This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing! It's just a short flip-flop walk to the ocean, Marina Village, seasonal live entertainment, tennis courts, swimming pool, playground, and endless miles of paved bike trails throughout the resort.

Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.

Motorists should expect traffic delays and detours and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.

Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area may be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and follow detours.

For safety, bike riders will need to dismount and walk bikes around active work zones.
