Situated within the Sea Pines Resort & in the Private Neighborhood of Club Course; this lovely home offers 3 Bedrooms plus a Bunk Bed Room, 2 Full Baths, a Private Pool, Poolside Spa, Poolside Fire Pit, Outdoor Grill & Multiple Living Areas. Features of this Ground Level Home include an open floor plan consisting of a Main Living Room with 55" flat screen TV, Dining Room, Updated Kitchen and a Family Room with flat screen TV & Wine Cooler. Down the Hallway you will find 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. The Master Suite is furnished with a King bed, Flat Screen TV & Private Bath with Shower. The Master Suite offers serene views of the Private Pool with lush landscaping. Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 are each furnished with Queen beds and share a Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo.
