This stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house is nestled in the heart of North Forest Beach. Ideally situated, it boasts direct access to the pristine sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean, making it a beach lover's dream come true. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large windows and sliding glass doors showcase breathtaking ocean views, creating a serene ambiance throughout the home.

Head upstairs, where the bedrooms are located. The first two bedrooms each have a king bed and a sofa pullout. The next two rooms have a king bed. The final bedroom has two full beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. The master bathroom features a large tub. Downstairs, along with a private pool and hot tub, is a lounge area. The lounge area features seating, a wet bar, and a pool table.

The real magic of this home comes to life when you step outside. Newly renovated, a spacious oceanfront deck invites you to soak up the sun, enjoy alfresco dining, or simply relax while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. Sit by the pool with the new covered seating, take a dip in the private pool overlooking the ocean, or unwind in the built-in hot tub. An outdoor shower provides a convenient way to rinse off sandy toes after a beach day.

- The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property.
