About this home
This is a luxurious six-bedroom, six-bathroom (plus two half bathrooms) direct oceanfront home that has all the bells and whistles. With just over 5500 square feet, up to eighteen guests will have plenty of room to enjoy all that this stunning home has to offer.
There is a private beach path that will lead you directly to the beach. The pool deck has a summer kitchen, gas grill, mini-fridge, sink, outdoor dining, and a half bath. The private pool and spa are both able to be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. This updated oceanfront home has tons of amenities - a garage, a double screened-in porch, two washers and dryers, a gourmet kitchen, three living areas, an elevator, wireless internet, and more!
The first living room has oceanfront views, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the pool deck. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, twelve + beach towels, and a powder room. The second washer/dryer is located upstairs.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end appliances! It offers a large island with granite countertops and a gas cooktop stove. You'll be seeing double in this home - double sink, oven, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. A third full-sized fridge is located in the garage. There is a full-sized wet bar with a wine fridge and standalone icemaker. The formal dining area has seating for up to twelve plus additional seating available at the kitchen island. Dine al fresco in the screened-in oceanfront porch just off the dining area.
The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and access to the pool deck. The private master bath offers a double vanity, granite countertops, and a large walk-in shower. Bedroom two has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a shower/tub combo.
