About this home
This open, bright and cheery home is perfectly located in the center of Palmetto Dunes on the picturesque 11 Mile Lagoon, and is only a 5-6 minute walk to the gorgeous beaches of Hilton Head. Warmly decorated and appointed, this home has four bedrooms, each with its own full bath.
The living and dining great room let in the Hilton Head sunshine through two large sliding glass doors that open to the pool and deck, and three overhead skylights in the high vaulted ceiling. Two large sofas provide comfortable seating for your family to take in the outside view or enjoy the smart TV. The large dining area has seating for eight.
The newly renovated kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The updated kitchen features top of the line appliances, quartz counters and a breakfast table that seats six.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A sliding glass door opens up to the deck overlooking the pool and lagoon. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and will have access to the shared hall bath.
On the second floor, the large front bedroom has a king bed and a set of bunk beds and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The back bedroom on the second floor has two queen beds, views of the pool and lagoon and a private bath with shower tub combo. All bedrooms will have a smart TV.
The private backyard has a sunny pool deck overlooking the lagoon with a large lagoon shape pool, the perfect place for an evening swim after a long day on the beach. The deck off of the master bedroom has an outdoor dining table and two comfy reading chairs.
Your own private dock on the lagoon is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or afternoon beverage, while watching the beautiful wildlife on the lagoon.
In addition to the short walk to the beach, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, as well as the General Store, are only minutes away. Three championship golf courses are also close by within Palmetto Dunes. Shopping and restaurants abound within minutes of Palmetto Dunes.
