Designed with families and groups in mind, the home features five comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing plenty of space for up to 14 guests. Three king bedrooms are located on the first floor, while two upstairs bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for both adults and children.

The outdoor living area is the centerpiece of the property. A private 27-by-14-foot swimming pool and spa create a refreshing backyard retreat, complemented by a spacious sun deck and multiple outdoor seating areas. Guests can relax beside the pool, soak in the spa, enjoy morning coffee outdoors, or gather together for an evening barbecue using the gas grill. Seasonal pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional fee, making the outdoor space enjoyable during cooler months as well.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals for the group, with a second refrigerator conveniently located in the laundry room. A washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while complimentary wireless internet and seven televisions provide entertainment throughout the stay. Guests can also enjoy a foosball table and four adult bicycles, included with the amenity fee for stays of up to 21 nights.

Pet owners can bring one dog weighing no more than 50 pounds, subject to a non-refundable pet fee and applicable restrictions. The property also offers two included vehicle passes, with additional passes available for purchase, and parking is available for up to five vehicles on improved surfaces.

Public beach access is directly behind the home, approximately 176 yards away, and seasonal complimentary door-to-door shuttle service provides convenient transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove from March through October. Guests can spend their days walking along the shoreline, exploring the island, relaxing poolside, or enjoying local dining and attractions.
