Presenting this magnificent vacation residence with a stunning pool set within groomed grounds. The home enjoys a custom/enormous elevated deck with a gazebo, outdoor grill and spacious dining area. An outdoor shower is just off the beach path. The private footpath leading from the pool to the beach will ensure a seamless beach vacation experience.
Rooms include a kitchen, family room, loft, deck and pool. The second and third bedrooms have a separate sitting room and a spiral staircase leads to the oceanfront loft. Enjoy miles of sun-kissed white-sandy beach and for golf lovers there are three championship golf courses, a world-famous tennis facility as well as fine dining and shopping.
