The spacious living room, featuring a large TV and ample seating, is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows overlooking the pool area. New wood plank flooring enhances the charm, and the adjacent formal dining room with seating for 10 opens to an impressive gourmet kitchen. Marble countertops, a double wall oven, a bar sink, a large island with seating for three, and a breakfast nook with seating for six complete this culinary space.
