Upon arriving at the house, you are welcomed with plenty of Southern Charm by the covered porches overlooking the beautiful beaches and an Atlantic Ocean. The first floor of the house has 4 of the homes 5 bedrooms. To the left, as you enter through the front door, is the king suite with access to the front porch, flat-screen TV and access to the shared bath. The bunk room shares a bath with the front bedroom. The bunk room is made up of a full-sized bed under a twin bunk. Additionally, there is a twin, trundle bed under the full-sized bed to make sleeping room for 4. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and a new dresser. The shared bathroom features a tub shower and large bathroom vanity.

To the right side of the home, there are two more bedrooms. The junior master bedroom features a king bed, access to the front porch, a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The en suite bath has a large tub and separate shower as well. Further back from this room is another guest room featuring a king bed and en suite bath with tub and shower. Also, on the first floor of the house is a laundry room and stairs to the garage.

The second floor features a large open floor plan and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the 2nd-floor porch, flat-screen TV, and en suite master bath. The master bath has two sinks and vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open with plenty of seating and gathering space for everyone. The spa can be heated during some months for an additional fee and measures approximately 26x10 kidney shaped. There are a garage and driveway with parking 5 vehicles and a ping pong table. Wi-Fi throughout the house as well. All this and only a few steps to the beach, or a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza.
