About this home
This stunning Hilton Head vacation home was designed has undergone a remodel and awaits your arrival. Designed to provide a wonderful residence for large or multiple families travelling together. Not one but two dedicated living spaces, a game room, spacious outdoor area and a fantastic pool area.
The first level has three bedrooms, including the master, making it perfect for those who prefer not to take stairs.
Exceptional décor and lots of natural light. The 1st floor living area has comfortable, coastal, recently added furnishings, a flat screen TV and the area offers views of the large pool. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook a meal for your guests. The dining area, which is open to the kitchen and living area, features seating for up to 10.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms on this level also have king beds, flat-screen TVs, and hall bathrooms.
On the same level is the laundry room and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a unique dedicated game space with both a ping pong and a foosball table!
The upper level is home to a large family room. This will be the preferred space for the kids and teens in your group! There’s comfortable seating, a kitchenette, and a large flat-screen TV. Also on this level, you’ll find the queen guest room with access to a hall bathroom. The bedroom at the end of the hall is the bunk room with 4 full-size bunks. This room has a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.
The outdoor space will provide the perfect setting for family fun! There is a large deck area with lounge chairs and a dining table with an umbrella. The large backyard is perfect for outdoor games, and the crystal clear pool will help you beat the summer heat! You’ll find a semi-private beach path directly across the street in the northeast corner of the property.
