This spacious and luxurious Seapines luxury vacation home boasts two living areas, a wonderful outdoor private pool, and fishing available from the lagoon, this home has many options for living and entertaining, including a basketball hoop in the driveway and table tennis in the garage. Free high speed Wifi is included as well.

The main area enjoys a large open concept main living area, anchored by a custom fireplace and a 58" Smart TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with an oversized island and quality stainless steel appliances including a built in wine refrigerator and microwave. Just off the living room is a large den which has a queen sleeper sofa, a 43" Smart TV, a workspace, as well as pocket doors, making this versatile space a 2nd living area, an additional sleeping area, or an office. A screened in porch featuring beautiful views of the pool, lagoon, and the pathway through the back yard that leads to the beach path. This room includes an outdoor ceiling fan as well as a minifridge.

The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and is beautifully furnished with a plush King bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom as well as a 50" Smart TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs and include a Queen bedroom with ensuite bath, another bedroom with a Queen and Twin XL bed, as well as the last bedroom featuring a King bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath located at the end of the hallway. All upstairs bedrooms feature 43" Smart TV's as well. This home also features 2 laundry rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, making this home perfect for an extended family.

This home has a full washer and dryer on each floor of the property.

The outdoor features of this property add to the luxury, with an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, and a pool with optional heating for an additional fee.
