When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! OUTDOORS: This expansive private estate features a heated pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by lush landscaping for complete privacy. A large covered patio with a seating area is accessible via French doors from the master suite and living areas. Enjoy al fresco dining in the outdoor gazebo. Ample parking is available for several cars. LIVING AREAS: The formal living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, a grand fireplace, and a large smart TV, furnished with ample sofas and reclining leather seats. A fully equipped gym with professional equipment is available for your workout needs. DINING AREAS: The formal dining room seats up to 10 guests. A breakfast room accommodates 8 or more. The outdoor dining area can seat 10 guests. KITCHEN: The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including a Wolf stove, double ovens, a large Sub-Zero freezer and fridge, two additional fridges, an independent ice maker, an RO filtered water dispenser, a coffee maker, a tea kettle, a toaster, a blender, cookware, glassware, a dishwasher, and a microwave. PRIMARY BEDROOM: The primary suite on the first floor offers exceptional privacy, a fireplace, a king-size bed, and a TV. The private kitchenette includes a morning coffee station and a mini-fridge. The private bathroom features a large shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Access a private patio with seating overlooking the pool. ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS: Bedroom #2: Queen bed, TV, private patio, and connecting bathroom. Bedroom #3: Three queen beds, TV, private patio overlooking the pool, and connecting bath. Bedroom #4: King bed, TV, private seating area, and shared bathroom with Bedroom #5. Bedroom #5: Queen bed, two twin beds, private patio, and shared bathroom with Bedroom #4. BATHROOMS: All bathrooms feature deluxe automatic Toto toilets with integrated bidets and dryers. Bathroom #2: Toto toilet, vanity, and shower. Bathroom #3: Toto toilet, vanity, and shower. Bathroom #4: Toto toilet, vanity, large shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Bathroom #5: Toto toilet and vanity. GUEST ACCESS: The fully fenced property is yours for private enjoyment. Personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival. Pac and Play, a high chair, and an air mattress (upon request) are available. Weekly landscaping service is typically on Wednesday or Thursday mornings. Pool cleaning service is provided twice weekly, usually on Tuesday and Friday mornings. POOL NOTICE: The property features a large heated pool and Jacuzzi. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty; guests are asked to enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drownings, or personal injuries. No diving or glassware is permitted in or near the pool. The kitchen is supplied with plastic cups for safety.
