This lovely vacation residence is privately owned & professionally managed offering a stylish yet comfortable vacation accommodation. Completely furnished with beautifully appointed bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen will ensure your vacationing comfort. Indian Rocks Beach also enjoys an array of fine dining & casual restaurants however for those that like to dine at home you will find all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay. Quality bedding and linens along with complimentary VIP concierge services provided prior to and during your stay will ensure that your Indian Rocks Beach visit is nothing short of perfect. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with 3000 sq ft of space for entertainment. Sensational views from the first-level bedroom, living and dining areas, and second and primary bedrooms located on the third floor and the best views out of all are from the balconies and the private pool! Ground Level features a two-car garage, laundry area, Gulf front pool and the first bedroom. First bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a private full bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool as well. Second level features the spacious open living area, dining area and the gourmet kitchen, a half bathroom and a beachfront balcony. The main living area has comfortable couches with a wide screen TV and access to the Gulf front balconies. The living and dining area take full advantage of its beachfront setting with sliding glass doors that face the Gulf. Living room adjoins a spacious dining area which seats 8 guests at the dining table and 4 more on the island. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful large island and everything you would need to cook a meal for your friends and family. Multiple doors from the second and third floor lead out to a breezy beachfront balcony. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying the views, sipping on your favorite drink and listening to the soothing surf sounds when you’re not poolside or down on the beach. The third level features the second bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (the bottom is a Full and the top is a Twin). Bottom bunks have a built in TVs. Third bedroom with a Queen bed and access to the balcony. There is a full hallway bathroom that the second and third bedroom share. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. This vacation home that can sleep up to 12 guests. Outside there is a gas grill that sits next to the lovely sparkling private pool and paved patio. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and an assortment of palm trees creating an oasis-like private paradise. Indian Rocks Beach is a great location that is halfway between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. There are restaurants and shops walking distance to this property. Please keep in mind that the HOA allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there. Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to Apr. Jacuzzi/spa is not available and is only a spillover.
