Easy Breezy Beachy! Welcome to paradise! This rental is a stunning three bedroom, three bath condominium. Extensive renovations and professional décor, with no expense spared, make this property a true gem. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views and ocean breezes from the spacious penthouse patio and throughout the home. The oceanfront patio is where your family will spend much of their vacation; it is truly unique. Featuring an outdoor sofa and a dining table for six, it is the perfect spot to take in the beauty of the Island while watching ships navigate into the Charleston Harbor.
The interior is striking. You will immediately notice the attention to detail and the property owner’s efforts to continuously make improvements. The living area is highlighted with large windows overlooking the ocean, bright beach artwork, tile flooring, large flat screen television, and furniture straight out of the pages of Coastal Living. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are featured in the kitchen, again with ocean views. It offers three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a full private bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, oceanfront views, and ensuite luxurious bath. The lower level guest bedroom is spacious and is highlighted with a second king bed and bath. Finally, a spiral staircase takes your guests to a loft bedroom that features two double beds as well as a private bath and ocean views.
This Resort has a very fine oceanfront swimming pool, easy parking, two elevators, and is only a one wood driver away from Links Golf Course Pro-shop.

Best yet, it is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant!
