About this home
After experiencing one sunrise from the spacious decks, you’ll agree that this vacation home has a front row seat overlooking paradise! With stunning views of the Atlantic, this four-bedroom oceanfront home is simply positioned in one of the best locations in Charleston. Better yet, this amazing home just underwent a major renovation! Here is a short list of the wonderful improvements that were completed:
- Upgraded furniture and light fixtures (new dining room fixture, new dining table, new outdoor furniture)
- New exterior deck with ocean and golf course views featuring comfortable outdoor dining and seating spaces, convenient new walkway to connect to beach access path and outdoor shower
- New, refreshed hardware on interior doors and closets
- New outdoor lighting featuring charming low country style lanterns
This home has a terrific floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen all having oceanfront views. One of the three bedrooms featuring a king bed is located on the first level of the home. A screen porch with comfortable and attractive furniture is the highlight of the first level. A new open deck has been added to make the outdoor living even better. The second level features three bedrooms including two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second with two twins. The master bedroom is incredible with vaulted ceilings, a near wall of windows overlooking the ocean, renovated master bathroom, huge oceanfront deck and a king bed.
Without any public access within at least a quarter mile, the beach in front of the house is nearly exclusive to residents and guests of the community. In addition to the near private beach, it features a fantastic swimming pool complex with a hot tub.
