The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch, and wet bar, and features the latest in electronics with a large flat-screen television. The living room opens into the sunroom/game room that offers views of ancient oaks looking towards the ocean. It's a chef's kitchen with heart pine floors, granite countertops, wonderful appliances, and a kitchen bar. The master suite boasts a large bath, whirlpool tub, deck, and separate office space. A king bed is located in the master suite. The first level features three bedrooms with two full baths. A second king bedroom is located on the first level of the home featuring a private bath, balcony, as well as a day bed with a trundle. The two guest bedrooms on the first level share a full bath. One guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the other has two twin beds. Finally, the first level features a television room with oversized chairs.
