The recently added screened-in patio is a highlight, providing a wonderful space for alfresco dining with seating for ten, as well as a relaxing area to unwind during warm afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stylish white subway tile backsplash. A separate beverage station adds extra convenience with additional refrigerator space for your drinks and snacks.
The master bedroom is also located on the first floor, offering a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with both a stand-up shower and a jetted tub. A cozy sitting area adjacent to the master bedroom is ideal for remote work, games, or extra sleeping space on the pull-out sofa.
