This world class luxury vacation villa offers a 12-suite estate situated within seven acres of lush tropical grounds. A spectacular oceanfront villa located a fifteen minute drive from Ocho Rios. The villa overlooks a private palm fringed, white sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea. Set within rich manicured lawns and grounds the property consists of a main house with 10 suites and a garden cottage with an additional 2 suites. Each building has a large veranda and its own swimming pool. It is a spectacular oceanfront villa located on Jamaica’s fabled North Coast in the picturesque village of Oracabessa. Located a fifteen minute drive from Ocho Rios, the villa overlooks a private palm fringed, white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, the property consists of a main villa with 10 suites and a garden cottage with an additional 2 suites. Each building has a large veranda and its own swimming pool. All suites have the same level of meticulous service and attention to detail that is found at 5-star hotels. The guests can do their own grocery shopping, or our chef can do grocery shopping for them. In this case, the guests will be responsible to settle the grocery bill with the local grocery store by the end of their stay. When calculating meal costs for the accommodation-only package we suggest an estimate of $60 per day per guest. Tips for staff are not included in this rate. The staff tips are usually given in cash on the day of your departure and are 10-15% of accommodation-only price. If the client prefers, the tips can be prepaid at the time of booking.
