This adorable penthouse is set on the top floor just above the garden atrium and the tranquil pond and waterfalls offering a lovely vantage point From your private lanai, enjoy soothing trickling water with the sounds of the ocean in the background. Dine al fresco amongst the beautiful natural greenery. Peek-a-boo ocean views can be witnessed when foliage is less full.

This home was tastefully remodeled in 2018 with granite counters, cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, freshly tiled shower, and floors, and new hardwoods in the living area. Decorative updates added in 2022.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef to be able to whip up breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home if you so desire. Supplies include major appliances, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The living area has plenty of seating and additional sleep space on the queen pull-out sofa. A New 50" Smart TV added in 2022 and a DVD player for movie nights in. Dining for 3 inside or 4 out on the lanai. Complimentary long-distance calls to North America.

The bedroom has a plush queen bed, its new Smart TV, and is just steps from the bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate vanity area. This is ideal for getting beach ready or dressing for a nice dinner out. While this condo does not have AC, there are ceiling fans, screened slider doors, and louvered jalousie windows throughout to welcome the World famous trade winds in.

Enjoy rich, lush grounds with a Koi Pond which tends to be a fave with the young ones. The onsite, oceanfront pool is perfect for sunbathing or an afternoon dip to cool off. After sa wonderful day at the beach pick up some fresh fish to grill for dinner from the Maui Fish Market located just across the street, and the head over to the picnic and grill stations for some island-style BBQ time. After dinner, sit and soak in the Whirlpool jacuzzi hot tub and admire the starry sky over the Pacific Ocean. Can you think of a better way to spend a day on Maui!?!
